Title IX Information 

As required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”), 20 U.S.C. § 1681, and its implementing regulations, 34 C.F.R. Part 106, Calumet Public School District (“District”) does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the education program or activity that it operates.  The requirement not to discriminate in the District’s education program or activity extends to employment. 
The District has designated a Title IX Coordinator to coordinate the District’s efforts to comply with its responsibilities under Title IX and its implementing regulations.  Contact information for the District’s Title IX Coordinator is as follows:
