New for the 2018-2019 School Year
- Registration will be held at Calumet School, 1440 West Vermont Street, Calumet Park, IL 60827.
- Parents of returning students will be able to complete all areas of registration online except for fee payment. Fees can be paid during our regular registration hours at Calumet School during the following dates and times; Wednesday, August 1, 2018, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Thursday, August 2, 2018, 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday, August 3, 2018, 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
- Parents of Kindergarten and new students will still be required to complete the online registration in SKYWARD, but you will need to bring hard copies of your child’s Birth Certificate, Physical Examination, Dental Examination, Vision Examination, Student Transfer documents (if applicable), and any Guardian/Custody orders that may apply. In addition, you will need hard copies of Residency documents, which can be any three of the following: Mortgage/Lease, Current Driver’s License, Current Property Tax bill, Voter’s Registration Card, Current Payroll Check Stub, Utility Bill, Phone Bill, Cable Bill or Vehicle Registration.
Registration will take place on the following dates and times for all students who attend Burr Oak Academy, Burr Oak School and Calumet School:
Wednesday, August 1, 2018, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 2, 2018, 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Friday, August 3, 2018, 8:00 a.m. until noon
