    Tuesdays and Thursday 3pm – 4pm

     

    The purpose of the Strength and Fitness Club is to help students understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle for learning as well as physical fitness. We want to empower students to stay physically fit and to learn the importance of preparing themselves for success by doing the "dirty work". For an over-achieving student, it may be to study longer hours each day; for an athlete, its strength and conditioning.
